Follow-Up Clinic
You are invited to contact the nurse-led ICU Follow Up Service if you have any concerns or problems you would like to discuss after you or your relative returns home from hospital.
The ICU Follow Up Nurses can arrange for you to come to their clinic which ideally should be attended approximately 3-6 months after you have been discharged home. This clinic appointment is for you and your family to discuss your experience in intensive care, along with any physical or psychological problems you may be experiencing since discharge from Intensive Care.
If you feel this would be of benefit to you and you wish to attend an ICU Follow Up Clinic please call the telephone number below to speak to one of our nurses. If you cannot get a hold of someone please leave a message and they will get back to you. Alternatively we can be contacted by email.
